When the Self of one, the very self-forgetfully,

Identifies itself with objects seen, experienced be;

It thus becomes impure, there arises certainly,

The craving based on ego-sense unquestionably;

This craving intensifies delusion subsequently,

Results in all the worldly sufferings and calamities;

Ego-sense is the source of all sins undoubtedly,

So cut this ego-sense with sword of wisdom fully;

When the whole universe is realized as illusory,

All the cravings then looses its meaning totally.
