All Aboard: A Girl Called Lizza-Betty

This second book in the Elizabeth series takes us from early summer to Mid-November, 1930, in Fire Creek, West Virginia. They move from the cabin into town and she enrolls in a one-room rural school. We tremble with them as they go through a horrific storm and see them face the after effects. We enjoy a mountain wedding with them, and a picnic on the grounds. We see her baptized in the creek. As the book ends, Elizabeth is facing another big change in her life as well as a happy surprise.
