About the Author

Denise D. Gibson is a blogger and writer from Bergen County, New Jersey. She majored in Criminal Justice and Journalism at New Jersey City University (NJCU). Her first job after graduation was at The Jersey Journal newspaper. Denise was fascinated by the random stories that locals would call in claiming to be newsworthy. Some stories got denied by the editor, but many were published with her byline in the paper. The idea of people willingly sharing a snippet into their lives with or without a follow up caused Denise to create her own idea of what possibly happened to them. Although all the characters she creates are random, giving strangers a story is how her mind functions and inspires her pieces.
