About the Author

Charles Chapman was born in Astoria, Oregon in 1945. He served 22 years in the United States Army, rising through the ranks to retire as Lieutenant Colonel. He is a graduate of St. Martin's University and is currently a teacher at a local public high school. He resides with his wife, Beate, and two of his four sons.
