ANDY FRESHMAN DORM VISITOR

Overview

I didn't know Andy until he and some other recent high school graduates came to stay in my college dorm for a while as they looked over our campus and attended some meetings to give the girls and boys an idea of what they would be experiencing when they started classes in the fall. The guys all stayed in my all-male-dorm which was nearly empty during the summer time. That gave them an idea of where they would be living. The advantages of living on campus and the disadvantages of being in a noisy and congested living arrangement.

Most were away from home for the first time. Others quickly adjusted to a brief visit. In any case, most found the freedom of a college experience and living in an all male dorm to be a release. They didn't have to pretend they were straight, but could freely express their sexuality as gay, bisexual or curious. There was a lot of fun with the boys then.
