I have been meditating for several years but my wife has never really tried to due to her "hectic lifestyle". I purchased this ebook for her a few weeks ago and encouraged her to read it in one sitting. Now she can't go a day without practicing her meditation. We have also begun to practice together which has truly enriched our 8 year relationship.
