Worn just over the knees these coverings can top a boot attractively without the extra thickness of a leg warmer. And, they are quicker to make.

Worked in ribbing for close fit and a basketweave pattern, the knee warmers are completely reversible. Using this pattern you can create knee warmers in any yarn or texture that suits your fancy.
