Army Regulation AR 600-9 The Army Body Composition Program 28 June 2013

This regulation, AR 600-9 The Army Body Composition Program, implements guidance in Department of Defense Instruction 1308.3, which implements policy and prescribes procedures governing physical fitness and weight/body fat standards in the Services.
