About the Author
At age 27, Marian developed asthma and suffered regularly for eight years. In 1980, she accidentally stumbled across the amazing effects of vitamins A and E on her asthma. After successfully treating herself, she felt compelled to spread the message to others. Letters to the Editor, Talk Back Radio and magazine articles were some of her methods.
In 1996, she wrote and had published, her first book, ‘Give Asthma the Big A’. It became a best seller in Australia. She attempted to influence health professionals, and although some surprised her by their acceptance, most were negative. The feedback from followers of this vitamin approach however, has always been positive, and is typified by this response from the mother of an asthmatic child:
‘If they invented a drug as good as this, it would be hailed a wonder drug.’
