About the Author

When James hauled in one of the most spectacular catches in NFL history he was quoted as giving credit to the process of visualization. "The play was a hail mary, which we rarely have time to practice at game speed. During countless walk through practices or anytime I was studying plays I would always visualize myself making unbelievable runs and catches". "Visualization is just as equally important as physically preparing the body to perform at an elite level". "The brain and body must align with the mindset of making the unbelievable seamless and naturally achievable". James was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He devotes his time to being a loving father, brother, uncle and son. He is a devout lecturer and teacher of the divine. He has always had a passion for writing and storytelling. He has written multiple books that he plans to follow up with after Becoming the Butterfly: A Spiritual Involution is released. Whenever James isn't writing or lecturing on the involution process to awakening he spends time writing and producing music. He enjoys mentoring the youth, speaking at schools and sharing nuggets to success as a motivational speaker. James still has a passion for sports so you can find him coaching little league football, training young athletes and encouraging them to work hard to achieve their dreams. James is the co founder of Involution of Mind LLC, spiritual company that he and his coauthor Ann Spear started in 2022. They plan to open Light Body centers in California and Oklahoma. Born and raised in Oklahoma and currently residing in sunny Southern California, Ann is a devout poet, Spiritual leader and teacher. Ann is the co-founder of Involution of Mind and serves on the board at the Center for the Realization of Spirit in Redlands, CA. Her literary works include blog "Graduating Class of Earth" and focus on the Law of Invoution (TM) to promote discovering and evolving the Divine within. When Ann isn't writing you can find her serving breakfast at the women's cold-weather shelter (probably blaring the new Taylor Swift album), speaking at the Center, reading an original poem or hosting a metaphysical faire.
