Good read I don't understand why the author didn't write another chapter with a better ending.

(This review is based on ARC e-book provided by publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest opinion.) Thoroughly enjoyed this mostly predictable, mildly angst-filled romance novella by Ms. Helm. She did a good job with character development and keeping the storyline focused on the main couple, all within the scope of only 127 pages. This frenemies to expectant parents romance featured a reformed bad boy hero, Beckett, who everyone is quick to misjudge and a wholesome heroine, Kaitlin, who seemed to be mostly misunderstood by herself. Loved how Beckett was so patient in dealing with his Kate’s misgivings and the way he cared for her. Could easily see this story expanded to include more about Luke, the missing money, and Kaitlin’s sister. Overall, if you are looking for a short, somewhat steamy, enjoyable romance, you should consider reading Bride by Mistake, Book #3 of the Montana Born Bride series.

This story had potential but it was as if the author wanted to just get to the end. The story didnt express enough about the growing relationship and then you're reading the final chapter that didn't seem to resolve much - her parents reactions, the issue with her brother and Beckett, the progression and outcome of the couple and pregnancy.

Story would have been better had the heroine not be so insecure & whiny the whole time. I like stories that have characters that are strong.

Not a bad short read. I would of enjoyed a little more to the story, but it is full without. Characters were easy to fall in love with and the story line was well detailed. Would recommend if you'd like a short read.

There was no chemistry between the two characters, NONE!!! The plot was blah, story line was undeveloped. Questioned unanswered. I'm so sick of books where a form of birth control/ condom is used and never failed in any other relationship then suddenly their enter a new relationship and they get pregnant. I skipped pages and then decide to give it a fair chance. Finished the book and my opinion remains the same. Four and five stars ratings sorry not even close.

Would cringe. Her is not the subject of a sentence. The novel is good but the grammar errors are distracting.

I couldn't get into the story right away. I had to start over twice, but once I got into it , it was okay. Short read and too quick of an ending.

I loved the book it's very interesting and romantic. Has good character's that grow throughout the story and overcome challenges and find happiness at the end. Just beautiful. You won't regret reading this great book.

Rather predictable read but worth it.

This book was really good. I loved the storyline along with the characters. However, the ending was too abrupt and I felt like the writer rushed to finish it. It did not go with the flow of the story. But it as still a short, sweet, quick read.

Cute little story. Ends well, but ends SO abruptly ! Could have been developed more. It left questions. At minimum needed an epilogue .
