I have always felt alone, lost and lonely. I've never fit in. I know, however, that I'm not the only person who have felt misunderstood and confused. There have been others. We've all struggled through the feeling of constant confusion, of not fitting in and not understanding why we are the way we are. All of that changed when I realized it was because I was autistic.
