Ihsan Abdel Quddus was born on January 1, 1919 in Cairo. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1942. He began his life as a political writer and editor-in-chief of Rosa Al-Youssef magazine, which was founded by his mother, Fatima Al-Youssef.
