About the Author

As a child, I was always fascinated with books which allowed me to explore and express my creativity. Admittedly, creativity is in the eye of the beholder, but I spent hours and hours drawing, doodling, puzzling, and anything else that would let me learn new things or new ways to create. I could never get enough of it. Luckily, my parents saw this and supplied me with plenty of paper and lots of crayons.

In the last couple of years, it seems like life is increasing in speed and stress. Sometimes we just need a moment to slow down a little bit, take a moment to relax and release some of that built up stress. It will help to get you ready for the next day. For me, coloring images was always a way to just be able to recharge and not have to worry about being perfect. Sometimes it’s ok to color outside the lines; if you want. At other times, you might want to make your drawing a masterpiece. The fact is, you get to choose what to do.

For adults, young adults and children, coloring is a great way to help with creativity and lets you create a world with your own colors and creates a sense of independence and fosters creativity, improves self-esteem and builds confidence.
