The girl next door

Victoria Winslow has been at odds with Drue Morgan since she was 5-years-old. Oil and water mixed better than they did. She has been in love with Drue in some form or fashion since she had been in pigtails. That was until the fateful night six years ago when he had rejected her affections. Mortified she thought she had buried her feelings and moved on with her life.

Off limits

Coming home to settle her grandparent's estate she was getting under more than his skin.
She was his little brother's best friend and off limits. He'd always expected the two of them to end up together. How would he be able to avoid her for the next month?

Tempers and flesh collide. Will the grown up Tori and Drue give in to their feelings and find out where it leads or will old fears build walls that prevent them from finding true love?

Very cute story about 2 brothers and a childhood friend. I liked how the brothers had problems with each other while struggling with misconceptions and expectations. I found Kevin to be over the top affectionate even for a best friend. I really think it was a sibling thing more than anything. I loved Drue. He appeared to be a classic farmer. The story was paced well and characterization solid. I recommend this story to anyone 14+ and mature due to adult content.

I want to thank the author for providing me with an ARC for not only "Coming Home" but also for "Playing for Keeps" which I'll also be review for the blog tour. This book is a light hearted romance, of a young adult who has had a rough up bringing by loosing her parents at a young age to have the only family she had left to leave her also. Tori (Aka Victoria) returns back to her home roots to sort out her financial and private life due to some unforeseen circumstances. Kevin is her rock in this, her best-friend and the brother she never had. Drue.....Well he's another story. Drue is Kevin's older brother and seems to lock horns with Tori everytime he's around her. Could this be sexual tension you say?......that is the question? You'll have to read this book to find out ;) To say this is Savanna's debut novel, you couldn't tell. She has done a wonderful job. The characters are likeable, they have history together, were straight into the action, non of this "lets get to know one another type thing". I would like to see maybe a short novella of Tori's childhood growing up, just to see how her, Kevin and Drue's characters developed into the young adults they are in this book :)

This book was good but leaves a bit to be desired. The author could have padded the ending a little more it kind of ends abruptly.
