Amanda Hope Haley has a bachelor of arts in Religious Studies from Rhodes College and a master of theological studies in Hebrew Scripture and Interpretation from Harvard University. She is a lover of the Bible-its God, its words, its people, and its history. Michelle Pitts first realized her talent for illustration when she was asked to decorate a friend's thirtieth birthday cake with a cartoon in only thirty minutes! She spent the next decade developing her unique style by drawing for friends and family before becoming a professional book illustrator. When she isn't serving with her husband, Adam, at their church or homeschooling their boys, Michelle loves doing all things outdoors with her family in rural Tennessee.
