About the Author

Rev. Robert L. Tasler is a native of Windom, Minnesota, and a career ordained pastor in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, a conservative Lutheran body founded in 1847. A 1971 graduate of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri, Pastor Bob has served parishes in North Dakota, California, Utah and Colorado. Currently retired, he and his wife Carol divide their time between Castle Rock, Colorado, and Casa Grande, Arizona. They are parents of Brian, a businessman, and Charles, a Lutheran school teacher, as well as grandparents of three precious children.
