The Internet as a weapon
In its 2007 annual report, the internet security company “McAfee” said that there were at least 120 countries developing ways to use the Internet as a weapon. These countries (some very small) are targeting financial markets, government computer systems, and most importantly countries utilities networks gas, electric, water, communications, and road transport systems.
