Elizabeth Lowell fans will know that this is is a reissue of an older book, a Silhouette publication of 1988.That being said, it is a good book. It has interesting characters and setting and is a keeper in my library. I recommend her highly as an author. Her newer books have a strong romanctic interest but also educate about issues such as drug trafficking, art theft and so on. They are more plot-driven than romance-driven.

In regard to reading about warm love story, there's no doubt that Ms. Lowell is one of the best authors who knows how to put together such a story. Very enjoyable read.

This is a good book, easy to read, and easy to get into. I loved the characters and plot. It was good to see someone write about the strong side of a woman. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a good read.

He thinks she's a spoiled princess who is treating him like a peon and wants to 'teach' her to say please. Due to her ex-husband who only married her for her money and who forced her to beg...and then refused her, she has sworn never to need anyone again...for anything. Yet the two are drawn to each other. When they do come together, the scenes are sensual and romantic.

I found it immature and the main characters very mushy. I love most of her books, but this one bored me.

This is a nice book and a fun romantic adventure story but it is not new. It has been published and out for a long time now So if you read and enjoy Lowell you will be very disappointed if you purchase this based on a new cover but not a new book!!!!!
