Overview

Like mother, like daughter? Or will Jenna Ranger give up on love and romance?

Book four of this humorous romantic comedy series continues this popular contemporary romance saga and explores it through a younger generation.

If asked, 30 yr old Seth Carter could not have recounted a single moment since he'd met her that he had not loved the stubborn, self-centered, and admittedly spoiled 28 yr old Jenna Ranger. Jenna admits to having her fair share of faults, but Seth is far from being the perfect man. No rational woman could want to invest in a relationship with someone who so obviously loves his cell phone more than he does her. How can she let herself love someone who chooses his work over everything else?

ABOUT THE NEVER TOO LATE SERIES

Tired of younger heroines and heroes getting all the action? How about something different? The Never Too Late series is a collection of six sexy, romantic comedies about finding love and romance after turning 40 and 50.

These contemporary romances are intentionally heavy on humor and light on tears. The heroines are successful in life, but not successful in love, as their friends are quick to point out. The heroes are drool-worthy, confident, and know what it takes to make a woman feel loved and wanted.

This was such a great story. My heart was constantly breaking for Seth in the other books in this series. Glad that he finally had his story. Also love keeping up with the other characters in the series.

You will laugh at the books. The main character is jenna (alexa's daughter book #1 dating a cougar). Jenna is having a hard time getting over her ex since she still loves him. Seth her ex will do anything to get her back including having her build a dream home but doesnt know the house is for her. The two fight alot inorder to get to a point where they belong. Side story is Allen a body builder that works for alexa and studing to be a fashion designer and falls in love with seth's new co-worker. You will laugh.

The very first book in the series set the bar so high, so this one was ok. While one couple story moved very slow with being caught up on the same issues from book one, the new couple moved so fast it was too much to soon. Overall the series is a great read in a whole.

This book was not nearly as good as the first three. I felt like the focus was more on the secondary characters instead of Jenna and Seth and it definitely lacked detail.
