Not as good as previous books. This book was a bit boring with almost no romance. I like romance. It seemed like a lot of filler and not much more. ..........................................................................

While I love Angie Fox and all of her books, this has to be the BEST ONE YET. Wow is all I can say. It has so many elements of the classic gothic horror story with the right touch of humor and whimsy.I could tell you so much about this story, but I don't want to spoil it. What I can tell you is that Verity is finally and officially in the ghost hunting business and on her first case. Throw in a haunted, creepy, old, abandoned mansion; a sweet skunk, a hunky cop boyfriend, a ghostly gangster (who is out of control) and a nosy reporter. There are scares and laughs and a plot that keeps you riveted ( I read it in one sitting, I couldn;t put it down!). This is a must read for Angie Fox fans and anyone else who loves classic scare and humor. Make sure you get and read yours....yesterday!
