This is an awesome little handbook for all parents to refer to whenever they are feeling warnout or their children are having meltdowns. I am the mother of a very strong-willed toddler and this book has helped me to remember the endgoal of my parenting and thus giving me more patience through the meltdowns. I would definitely recommend this book to new parents, but also parents going through any type of transition whether it be the addition of another child or moving from elementary school to middle school, the advice in this book can be universally applied.
