Overview

The 3rd in a series, (Book 1—St. Blair: Children of the Night and Book 2—St. Blair: Sybille’s Reign) this installment opens with an introduction by Sybille Malone, the beneficiary of Blair Carlisle’s diary in the year 2202.

Blair is a devoted Catholic girl who altar serves, attends public school and soon realizes she is a liaison for the supernatural. In her openness to the mysteries of faith, she soon finds herself a magnet for angels, saints and otherworld entities.

It is through the twists of Blair questioning her earthly purpose, extolling her love of family and journaling about encounters with St. Michael the Archangel, that we begin to understand her God-Flashes into a future she’ll never see.

We discover, as Blair’s spiritual director Sister Jo does, why God might call her the most unlikely person to save the world.

About the Author

E.W. (Emily Williams) Skinner was a protégé of the late master of the pulps or paperback originals, Harry Whittington. Skinner interviewed Whittington during her days as a feature writer for the Clearwater Sun daily newspaper and its weekly division. They became friends and he taught her how to plot and gave her approval of the original outline and sample chapter for her first novel, "Marquel" shortly before he died in 1989. "Marquel" is a Hollywood genre in the Adult Fiction category. After Whittington passed away, Skinner challenged herself to write as her mentor did and wrote a chapter a day and finished the novel "Marquel" in 52 days. For more details on the novel's history read: http://www.thefilmmom.blogspot.com/2012/10/why-book-trailer-now.html Fast forward, a second daughter Blair is born and Emily and husband Tom focus on raising their family. Both daughters are now grown and work in Hollywood. "St. Blair: Children of the Night" is a young adult paranormal appropriately named after her youngest daughter, Blair. When Emily isn't working as a marketing consultant or writing, she enjoys antiquing/thrifting and producing short films. Emily is the proud Executive Producer of Blair Skinner's film "Relative Eternity," a 2012 LA Shorts Film Festival selection, Sunscreen Film Festival selection and Short Film Corner Festival de Cannes selection. Written, directed and edited by Blair Skinner, "Relative Eternity" is on snagfilms.com for your viewing pleasure. Follow Emily's Blog at: http://thefilmmom.blogspot.com/
