Displaced Wartime Youth

it seems like the displaced youth in wartime just get lost or forgot about, until years later when they remember their hate from their childhood and decide to do somethiung about it then we label them terrorists or extremeists, but what if we could educate and integrate those children into society in real time instead of fighting them 10 years down the road
