I have known the author personally for 2 years at the school where I work. Her book is written in a tone so similar to her personality it sounded as though I was listening to her talk while I was reading it. Her writing, like herself is warm and genuine, full of wisdom, hope, strength and a determination not just to survive but to prevail!
