Overview

A demoted NYPD detective (Chadwick Boseman) secures an opportunity to redeem himself by taking the lead on a manhunt that soon spans the scope of the city. However, as he begins to uncover new clues, he learns of a plot that implicates his colleagues in a significant crime ring. He then finds the tables have turned as he evolves from predator to prey.
