Hilary (Makenzie Vega) leaves her insurance information with an unsuspecting driver after a minor car accident, then returns to her home with two of her high-school friends for a night in. However, the man whose car she hit (Bill Sage) turns out to be a bizarre serial killer, and he uses Hilary's personal information to hunt down her and her friends in this slasher film directed by Mark Pavia.
