In this film, Carl (Ron Max) is an unbalanced mechanic haunted by memories of childhood abuse who hunts down and gruesomely murders women. When he breaks into the home of his latest victim (Tanya Roberts), she must struggle to escape a horrifying death. Originally filmed under the title The Last Victim in 1975, this film was retitled and released five years later.
