Grown Ups

Thirty years after graduating from high school, five former basketball teammates gather at the lake house where they celebrated their biggest victory to mourn the passing of their late coach. Over the course of the Fourth of July weekend, the five friends realize that just because they've all grown up and started families doesn't mean that they've lost that old spark. Adulthood is what you make of it, and no one at the lake house is eager to be the grown-up of the gang. Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James, David Spade, and Rob Schneider star in a film written by Sandler and Fred Wolf, and directed by Dennis Dugan (I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, You Don't Mess with the Zohan). Maria Bello, Salma Hayek, and Maya Rudolph co-star.

Grown Ups is a great movie because Adam Sandler is a great actor, it is hilarious, and it is very interesting. Adam Sandler is a great actor in Grown Ups because he plays the part very well, and stays focused throughout the whole movie. Adam Sandler has been in very funny movies in the past, but I think Grown Ups is one of his best movies yet. I think it was Adam¿s destiny was to be an actor. He is good at what he does and that shouldn¿t stop him from being an actor. I hope Adam will continue to be an actor and make many more great movies. I think Grown Ups is a hilarious movie because the kids and the adults go through many different obstacles through the movie that make you laugh. ¿ Somebody kill that Turkey!¿ In Grown Ups five men get their basketball team back together at their coaches funeral. They stay at an old cabin. They go to a water park, go water skiing and do crazy stuff. They may do crazy stuff, but they love spending time with family. Grown Ups is very interesting because they play their old basketball rivals from their last game of the season. They play many different games like Arrow Roulette and they go on the Rope Swing. Also they go water skiing, swimming in the lake. My favorite part is when they play Arrow Roulette. This is my favorite part of the whole movie. I really think that this would have to be one of my favorite movies. I think it¿s hilarious and a great movie. I wish I could watch this movie all of the time. The actors are great and one of the best movies of the year. You know, I give this movie four stars. That¿s why is choose Grown Ups.

This movie is nothing but set piece after set piece, strung together by the thinnest of premises, all to stroke the ego of Adam Sandler and his comedic pals/hangers on.
