Hockeyland

Hockeyland, directed by Tommy Haines, documents Northern Minnesota pond hockey and its importance to the communities. There is a specific focus on two rival teams, both known for producing greats. The film covers all the trials of the players - injuries, family health issues, and troubles that have nothing to do with the game. On top of these, there is the pressured expectation that the best players should be good enough to be National Hockey League bound.
