I watched SRV when these aired the first time. They left out one set with a black guitarist Stevie started with. He accompanied on bass and when Stevie's turn he just let loose with an original riff that blew me away...I bought the DVD hoping it was in there

Stevie Ray Vaughan plays the guitar like it's a part of his body. It's amazing to watch him. He doesn't have to look at the neck or strings. He knows where every note is without looking. He puts energy and excitement into melodies that you would never expect. He feels everything he plays. He's not just entertaining us, he's feeding his own soul. Nobody does it like Stevie Ray.

Two great shows on one dvd. What more could you ask for? Cold Shot should be one of his greatest along with Pride and Joy!

Overall this is a great DVD. SRV is an AMAZING player. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I wish there were more songs.
