Slaughter Day [Blu-ray]

Two construction workers (Blake Cousins, Joe Ross) go to a cabin and find a guy spurting blood as a psycho named John hacks him to death with a machete. The heroes beat the killer up and throw him in their truck; there's a fairly well-staged fight scene in the moving vehicle leading to a chase across the cliffs.
