In this charming romantic comedy, Fred MacMurray plays a New York reporter who falls in love with beautiful Claudette Colbert, a starry-eyed stenographer during their daily subway commute to the city. Unfortunately, he fears that she will marry a wealthy British aristocrat instead of him. Much to his surprise, she refuses the nobleman's proposal. Elated, MacMurray hastily pens an article about this miraculous "No Girl" who refused to marry for looks and bucks alone. Suddenly, she finds hers...
