Time Changer has been given a full-frame transfer to disc at the aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo. No multiple language options have been included. Bonus materials include an optional commentary track featuring director Rich Christiano and several members of the cast; a special introduction from director Christiano; a documentary on the production of the film; outtakes and deleted scenes; and the feature's original trailer.
