Seen this book advertised first on qvc and was debating but finally gave in and i am soo pleased with it, the recipes are simple to make and are very tasty even to my finicky teen. Marlene uses a lot of cheeses (cottage,cream) and sub eggs. so pleased just this weekend went out and got on of the other books she wrote
