A missing divinity student found in a freezer, tabloid trash picking up the story and running with the cannibal angle and a Heavenly soothsayer promoting his all- herbal Satanic Interceptor collide with a tabloid reporter trying to sort it out despite Betty Boop at her meanest, L.A. cops who get it all wrong, a Mexican Sheriff who never quits and a likeable little dude who steals boats and watches way too much American television.
