Words can't describe the transformation I've experienced emotionally as well as intellectually as a result of reading "Emotional Agility!" - I've fully embraced that I have a choice. "Mindsets are just beliefs."They're powerful beliefs, but they're just something in my mind, and I can change my mind. And Ignorance brings chaos, not knowledge!!!!! - Some of the concepts in this book, such as: "Embrace an evolving identity and release narratives that no longer serve me," has been extremely liberating to my identity and purpose/destiny for my life. Therefore, l recommend that you read "Emotional Agility," by Susan David,PhD...

This book has created a huge transformation in mind shift for me. It really helped to put personal relationships, professional relationships and other relationships into perspective. For anyone that is looking to better understand the part we play in our day to day relationships and how it impacts our well being, this is a must read. I highly recommend this book!
