About the Author

Iain M. Duguid (PhD, University of Cambridge) is professor of Old Testament and dean of online learning at Westminster Theological Seminary and the pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Glenside, Pennsylvania. He has also served as a missionary in Liberia, taught at Westminster Seminary California and Grove City College, and planted churches in Pennsylvania, California, and England.

James M. Hamilton Jr. (PhD, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is professor of biblical theology at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and preaching pastor at Kenwood Baptist Church. He is the author of God's Glory in Salvation through Judgment and the Revelation volume in the Preaching the Word commentary series.

Jay Sklar (PhD, University of Gloucestershire) is professor of Old Testament and vice president of academics at Covenant Theological Seminary.

Eric Ortlund (PhD, University of Edinburgh) is associate professor of Old Testament at Briercrest College and Seminary in Caronport, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Douglas Sean O'Donnell (PhD, University of Aberdeen) is the senior pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Elgin, Illinois. He is the author of a number of books, including The Beginning and End of WisdomThe Song of Solomon and Matthew in the Preaching the Word commentary series; and Psalms in the Knowing the Bible series. He is also a contributor to Job and Song of Songs in the ESV Expository Commentary series.
