Everybody Here Has a Sick Foot

Eleven-year-old Jamie and his younger brother turn

to their father for answers following their mother’s

stroke. But there were none to be had. And so, begins

a family’s difficult and puzzling journey into a world

no one was prepared for.

While this story is offered from young Jamie’s

perspective, its goal is to help families understand

their role in assisting stroke victims during the long

and, oftentimes, difficult recovery phase.
