About the Author
Mike specializes in improving athletic performance through strength, conditioning and nutrition, and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Although Mike has used his education and knowledge to train athletes in a variety of sports from golf to football, his specialty is in training clients according to their specific goals, i.e., increased fitness, strength, weight loss, health or sports performance.
Mike was also a competitive bodybuilder and won several overall titles, including the 1999 Mr. Ohio. He Started bodybuilding and strength training 30 years ago and continues to training with 100% intensity to this day. This experience has also allowed him to train and consult with many aspiring powerlifters and bodybuilders as well as people interested in getting into shape and looking their best in the least amount of time possible.
Mike has appeared on many news stations as a fitness consultant. His qualifications allow him to offer expert information on all aspects of health, fitness and sports specific training.
