This book was ok and clearly normalizes the grieving process. If you feel like you what you are going through is not normal, then this is the book for you.

This book is short, helpful and informative without being pretentious. While he has plenty of academic credentials to qualify him to write, Dr. Wright's own experience with grief forms a bedrock of reality for the advice he offers up to others.
