Overview

Exploring Paths(TM) Daily Two-Minute Morning Gratitude Journal: 30 Day Challenge for Kids Ages 6-9 (Simplified Chinese): For those who are fluent, learning, or want to maintain their Chinese skills, this book is for you.

It takes anywhere from 18-254 days (66 on average) to form a new habit. Empower your kids with a growth mindset, the understanding that feelings are okay to feel, the tools to choose happiness when times get tough, visioning, goal-setting, and better health with the practice of gratitude to help them succeed in all that they do. Exploring Paths(TM) Books is dedicated to providing tried and true practices in an easily digestible format for you and your kids. We base our books on the work and efforts of our sister org's Exploring Paths® Program, a youth program partnered with the YMCA in NYC.

For each journal purchased, we will donate a percentage of proceeds or, where possible, donate one of our journals to a school or youth organization in need. For more information on our 501c3's program, please visit:www.exploringpaths.org

About the Author

Katherine Elizabeth Long (author) draws on her over 19 years as a tech exec and over 20 years working with youth. She is an author and the founder of the Exploring Paths® program in NYC and the Exploring Paths™ Web and mobile application for explorers, destinations, and subject matter experts alike. Originally from Del Rio, Texas, she spent summers in Southern Louisiana and New Orleans, has lived and studied throughout the US and Europe, and has traveled the world for work and fun. Her parents instilled gratitude and goal-setting practices in her and her brother at a young age, and it is those practices that set them up for success.

She instills those same practices in students today through her program, applications, & workbooks. Katherine holds a BA from Texas Christian University and an MSc from the London School of Economics; serves as Board Chair for the Chinatown YMCA, has held several board positions, and has won multiple awards for her efforts with Exploring Paths, including NY'1's New Yorker of the Week & Friend of Marimekko for Int'l Women's Day.
