Feel Better Tips is a compilation of 12 years of newsletter articles that were created to share information that Cindy’s newsletter subscribers could use to make informed decisions about their wellness needs and concerns.
The information in this book is information she has used for her own health and wellness and shared with her clients over the years that they have also used successfully to address their own health needs.
The information has been collected from Cindy’s studies completed at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition that provided her with her RHN Degree (Registered Holistic Nutritionist and additional training in complimentary holistic modalities include Iridology, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Hand and Foot Reflexology and Color therapy courses that provided her with her ROHP (Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, that is part of RNCP (Registered Nutrition Consulting Practitioner). Products that are discussed in the book are totally natural, from food sources, and totally free of preservatives.
