Frank Merriwell's Chums is the second in the Frank Merriwell series. Having spent the summer at camp, Frank and his two closest friends, Barney Mulloy and Hans Dunnerwurst are back on the campus of Fardale Military Academy. Frank not only excels at football, baseball, basketball, crew and track, but he is honest, dependable, and a model for us all. Of course, Frank manages to attract those who are jealous of him, and they do their best to beat him at everything, in and out of the classroom....
