A coming-of-age story about a basically decent young man who is troubled and isolated by his uncontrollable visions of others' futures and, like many of us, is struggling "to do the right thing."  Or even figure out what that "right thing" is. The story was tightly written and moved quickly but covered a lot of ground.  The characters were believable and engaging as were the character relationships and situations. I really enjoyed this story and will look for more by this author.
