Overview

This new commentary on our Genesis provides two views of the seven "days" of creation: (1) The "Intelligent Design" 4.5 billion-year view, which compares the Bible "Days" to the six geological time periods that earth-scientists typically divide the Earth's creation into and (2) The "Dispensational" 7000-year Reign of Man on Earth view that has been around since the time of the Magi, which equates the seven "Days" of the creation story to the 7000 years of modern man's allotted time on Earth.
It also expands on Eve's partaking of the forbidden fruit growing on the "tree of knowledge" (i.e., why we are here) and the other pertinent things in the first book of the Bible.
Plus, it provides the date of fulfilment of the prophesies found in the first book of the Bible.

About the Author

Barry Midyet was born in a small town in the Texas Bible Belt. As he likes to say, as a teen he was baptized by a Nazarene minister in a Baptist Church; and as an adult, just to be on the safe side, he had it confirmed by an Episcopalian bishop. For 25 years he worked as an electronics/ computer engineer, and for the last 25 years he has devoted his life to studying the Bible and writing about it. His biggest claim to fame is probably his annual predictions based entirely on Bible prophecies, which for 25 years now have never failed to come to pass.
