Abe is a Holocaust survivor who suffers from post-traumatic stress. His visions and dreams recount his loving father who was killed by the Nazis during the Holocaust. Now he believes the ghost of a martyred priest is asking him to protect a certain cathedral and its pastor. Monk, the pastor, is haunted by his failure to fulfill his mother's expectations.
