These Halloween icon glow stick wristbands are the best Halloween party accessory! Pre-cut, printed and easy to assemble. Kit includes: pre-cut printed characters and glow sticks. Kit makes: 12 glow stick bracelets measuring approximately 8" diameter. Instructions: punch out pre-cut shapes and active glow stick by bending and shaking. Insert glow stick through pre-cut slots on each character. Use connector piece to connect ends of glow stick to create wristbands. No tools needed!
