"Ann and Phelim courageously tell the heart wrenching, shocking story previously ignored, one that every American needs to read." — KATIE PAVLICH, Townhall Editor and Fox News Contributor.

He is America’s most prolific serial killer. And yet Kermit Gosnell was no obvious criminal.

Through desperate attempts to cover up the truth, the mainstream media revealed exactly how important Kermit Gosnell’s story is. National best seller Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer is a book that rocked America – and now it is a major motion picture!

Masquerading as a doctor and an advocate for women’s reproductive health, Kermit Gosnell was purposefully ignored for years.  Gosnell reveals that inside his filthy clinic, Gosnell murdered born-alive infants, butchered women, and made a chilling collection of baby feet. Meanwhile, pro-choice politicians kept health inspectors far away. Only when tenacious undercover detective Jim Wood followed a narcotics investigation straight into the clinic did Gosnell’s reign of horror finally come to an end…and the fight for justice begin.

Written by investigative journalists Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer, this gripping story premiers October 12 as a major motion picture, starring Dean Cain as Detective Wood. Fans of the movie – and every pro-life American – should dive into this nationally bestselling book for a closer look into the shocking and gruesome crime of the century.

Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer reveals….

  • How Kermit Gosnell would eat cereal or snack on sandwiches – while performing abortions.
  • How Gosnell carelessly allowed “that Indian woman,” Karnamaya Mongar, to die a bloody death.
  • How Gosnell’s employees admitted to snipping the necks of hundreds of breathing babies.
  • How Tom Ridge, a “pro-choice” Republican governor, put a stop to Pennsylvania Health Department inspections for seventeen years.
  • How Sherry West, the clinic employee whose mental health problems, drug addiction, and Hepatitis C infection, were well known to Gosnell, overdosed, maltreated, and abused patients for years.
  • How new mother and prosecutor Assistant District Attorney Christine Wechsler found herself having to cut open the skulls of forty-seven dead babies during the investigation.
  • How the pro-abortion media blacked out what should have been the trial of the century – and how they were finally shamed into covering the case.
  • Why Kermit Gosnell, unrepentant murderer, expects to be vindicated by history.

Horrific details of the investigation, arrest and trial of abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell. Great book.

The loss is staggering. That doctor pure evil. Some of the women just as dark. This reader thanks the authors for braving this filthy reality to expose the story.

This is the most haunting and heartbreaking book I have ever read. It spotlights some of the most horrible crimes ever committed. Whether you are pro-life or pro-choice be prepared to cry.

Great book about a horrible story

Amazing book! The authors, truly gifted investigative journalists, managed to reveal one of the darkest sides of the anti-life movement. I positively would like to see it translated also in Romanian or at least on one of the shelves of the American Library in Bucharest (after the diplomatic changes that we are all waiting for)! Gratitude!

Were it not for a conscientious drug detective, this story may have never been discovered. The documentation throughout this depicts a myriad of oversights and failures to comply with legal responsibilities which are the charter of governmental bureaus. Excellent book, factual, and an engaging read. I rember when this case was in trial, and there was very little press coverage. The subject matter is controversial. I will want to see the movie.

Everyone should read this book. We all need to be enlightened or I should say horrified by what has happened and perhaps continues to happen to this day!

Very well informed book. As heartbreaking a read that it is, this book is eye opening about all the atrocities that were not only committed by Gosnell, but by others as well.

This exposes the horrors of abortion and the failing of the systems in place to protect women. Regardless of your beliefs about it, you will not come away the same.

I received this book free in exchange for an honest review. Gosnell depicts the case built against Dr. Kermit Gosnell, an abortionist in Philadelphia, PA. This story takes the reader through step-by-step as the case unfolded. It is not written as a story but as an actual telling of the case. My biggest concern was that the novel would be too political for my taste. I am happy to report it is not political. There is no noted anti-abortion/prolife agenda. It is simply the story of how Dr. Kermit Gosnell was allowed to operate freely with no consequences for his actions for over 10 years. The conditions described within this book are deplorable. The situations described are clearly unsafe. Kermit Gosnell and the staff at the clinic were incompetent and lacked appropriate training to respond to the emergent situations they encountered. Even after multiple deaths, spreading of sexually transmitted diseases, and patient with severe infections, Kermit Gosnell was allowed to continue practice unchecked and allowed to virtually do whatever he pleased despite the risks to his patients.

This book captures the largely untold story of Gosnell the serial killer. An individual who preyed upon frightened women and their babies. The heinous acts he committed should have been front page news, but his crimes were ignored. This book brings the abortion industry into the open. The authors have kept to the facts and the book is well cited. This is an important read for all because this is a battle for our spirits. We need to remember the women and babies who are no longer with us.

This book is a disturbing window into the numerous people (including government agencies), that covered for a cold-blooded killer, enabling him to continue his heinous acts for decades in the name of "choice". For fear of damaging the "pro-choice" reputation and agenda, person after person turned a blind eye to the filthy, dangerous, illegal conditions inside Gosnell's Pennsylvania abortion clinic. Women were mutilated, and even killed, full-term babies were murdered - and still authorities did nothing. I would not have thought that such evil was so wide-spread through our society.
