Comic starts with Harley and the Joker reuniting for madness and mayhem but the good times don't last long. Joker wants control of a new superhero themed amusement park, would be a fun place to go to. Poison Ivy is trying to get Harley away from Joker's influence. The part with the most potential but felt it got underplayed was the lady criminals having a slumber party. The lack of any slumber party games (telling ghost stories, light as feather/stiff as a board, Ouija board, truth or dare, freezing underwear or teepeeing houses) left this as a hollow story. The 2nd half of the book focuses on Harley and her own gang making a name for themselves.
